About the Creators

NewGENGames started when a young student was playing Tetris. The school the student went to tracked students' history, and quickly blocked the Tetris site. He noticed that many games were being blocked by the school, making it more and more difficult to have fun, and enjoy the time there. The student then began a journey, that would change his daily life. This young student started studying HTML, Javascript, CSS, and more code, with the goal of creating a better unblocked games site, one that actually unblocked games. First, he learned how to bypass his own school's firewall, profitting off of unblocking games for students. Realizing that students shouldn't have to put in effort, or pay for a simple game, he stored unblocked game links on an encrypted document. A student then gave him the idea of creating an unblocked games website so that other school could access these games. That's when NewGEN Unblocked Games was born. With a goal of creating an elegant, sharp, and new generation of unblocked games, the studentknew he couldn't take on such a project alone. He gathered his closest friends and created the NewGENGames Team. He taught this game how to test, code, embed, and format games to NewGEN. He also had to adapt his unblocking methods, so that all schools could have access to unblocked games. The NewGENGames Team put effort into each page of NewGEN, making each and every aspect of NewGENGames as beautiful as possible.
