Rental Details & Booking Policy

All events require a minimum rental of 4 hours. Please remember to include set-up and break-down time within your reserved hours.

Hourly venue rentals are available between 9:00 AM and 12:00 AM. 

A $150 incidental fee is required with every rental. $50 of this fee is refundable, provided no damages occur, and all venue rules are followed. 

To secure your event date, we require a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total rental cost at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date.

If alcohol is being served or guests are allowed to bring alcohol, the renter must obtain a one-day insurance policy.

For your convenience, all payments and contracts are completed electronically.
