iPhone 17 Launch: What To Expect From September 9 Event

According to leaked sources, it is possible that not only one but seven new products could be launched at the Apple September 9 event. The company is likely to introduce the iPhone 17 series, new watch models to Apple fans, updated AirPods lineups, and possibly more, with the biggest hardware refresh among competitors who have been asking for Apple’s artificial intelligence strategy.

Apple is facing several challenges, including a lack of recent hit products, an overdependence on the iPhone, and an unclear Artificial Intelligence strategy. All these factors are putting pressure on CEO Tim Cook and raising concerns about his ability to lead such a massive company effectively. Despite these challenges, the iPhone continues to generate billions in revenue, helping the company remain stable for at least a few more years.

iPhone 17 Leaks That Have Everyone Talking

Apple is just a few days away from unveiling its next-generation model devices, including the iPhone 17 series, AirPods Pro 3, Apple Watch Ultra 3, and more.

iPhone 17 Air

Apple may have got the inspiration from Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Edge and could launch something similar or even thinner smartphones than this. It is going to replace the Plus model in the lineup. Apple fans are eager to see if this slimmest model also comes with a sacrifice in battery life, like the S25 Edge. According to sources, the iPhone Air will be thin, measuring 5.5 mm, and feature a 6.6-inch display, offering a resolution of 1260x2740 pixels.

Some of the well-known sources have claimed that the new iPhone 17 Air may have the same A18 chipset, while some have said Apple will be upgrading that to the A19 chip in their latest iPhone series.

iPhone Air is going to be the first Apple phone to feature a high-density silicon battery. According to the rumors, it has a 2,800-mAh battery. This will potentially increase the actual battery capacity by 15% to 20%.

Based on numerous leaked photos, it appears that the iPhone Air model has only one wide-angle rear camera, similar to the iPhone 16E. iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max or (Ultra Model)

They will be the premium models in the iPhone 17 series. According to the rumours, we will be seeing a change from titanium to aluminum Pro chassis, which will make them lighter than their predecessor. Regarding their chip, they may come with an A19 Pro chip. iPhone 17 Air is likely to have a five-core GPU, while the Pro and Max versions will have a six-core GPU.

These models will feature an 8x optical zoom telephoto lens, an upgrade from the 5x lens found on the iPhone 16 Pro. According to the sources, Analyst Jeff Pu believes that the selfie camera of the iPhone 17 is likely to be 24 megapixels and 48 megapixels for the Pro models, which is going to be a significant upgrade compared to the 12 megapixel camera of the iPhone 16 lineup.

iPhone Pro Max can offer the biggest battery among all iPhone models to date, but the Pro version will have similarly sized batteries. Both the iPhone Pro and Pro Max will have a vapor chamber cooling system, preventing them from overheating, especially on the sunniest days.

The rumored image of the Apple Watch Ultra 3 within the iOS 26 beta is circulating all over. The images revealed that it will have a slightly larger display with a clock pixel resolution of 422x514 and an S11 chip, too. While the Ultra 2 Apple Watch has a good track record for its battery life, Apple is aiming for more in the Ultra 3, boosting the long battery life, which gonna last 3-4 days in low-power mode.
