Andrey Borzenko ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Newborn Notes mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.
The Newborn Notes app is designed to help you track your newborn's activities. The data you enter into the app (such as feeding times, diaper changes, and sleep schedules) is stored locally on your device via SQLite. We do not transmit or store this personal data on our servers.
Our App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Specifically, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements to support the app's development.
Google AdMob: AdMob is an advertising service provided by Google LLC. AdMob may use advertising IDs from the device on which the App is running to serve personalized ads. For more information on how Google uses the collected information, please visit the Google Privacy & Terms web page.
The App may request certain permissions on your device to function correctly, such as access to local storage for saving and exporting your data. We use these permissions solely to provide and improve the App's core functionality.
The App stores your personal data locally on your device indefinitely for as long as the App is installed on your device. We do not retain any of your app data on our servers because it is all kept directly on your mobile device.
How to delete your data:
Because the data is only stored locally, you have full control over it. You can permanently delete all your data at any time by:
Uninstalling the Newborn Notes App from your device, OR
Clearing the App's data or storage cache through your device's operating system settings.
Doing either of these actions will result in the immediate and permanent deletion of all data associated with the App.
The security of your data is important to us. Remember that no method of electronic storage on a mobile device or transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, as your personal information is stored locally on your device, its security primarily depends on the security of your device itself.
Our App is intended to be used by parents and caregivers, not directly by children. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact the developer at Andrey Borzenko through our official support channels or developer email on the Google Play Store listing.
