We want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, please contact us within three days of your purchase to request a refund.
Refunds will be provided per the following guidelines:

Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to provide the service as advertised. This includes technical issues that prevent you from accessing the service or if the service does not perform as described.
