Pastor Eaves was born in Bellflower, CA, on July 17, 1966. The first of three children born to Juanita and Harry L. Eaves, Sr., he was raised in Carson, CA, and grew up under the Hebrew Pentecostal doctrine of the House of God. Pastor Eaves studied at El Camino College and went on to become a successful Real Estate Agent and owner of Heaves Storehouse, Inc. Pastor Eaves eventually returned to college, and in 2019, he graduated from Vanguard University with a Bachelor's of Arts in Religion.

In 1997, Pastor Eaves was called to the ministry. He was ordained a Deacon, by the House of God, in 2003. He served faithfully as a Deacon, in 2006, he was appointed to succeed Evangelist Juanita R. Eaves as Pastor. In 2009, Pastor Eaves was ordained an Elder, and in July 2019, he was elevated to the office of Ordained Bishop. In 2023, Pastor Eaves was appointed as Pacific Coast District Superintendent where he oversees the Pastors and Churches on the Pacific Coast Region on the United States.

Pastor Eaves has faced many challenges, and he acknowledges that it was God's unceasing mercy and compassion that allowed him to fulfill God's purpose. Compassion is an integral part of Pastor Eaves' ministry. He regularly ministers and feeds families who face food insecurity in the community. His message is always one of hope and restoration. Pastor Eaves is also dedicated to participating in a weekly fellowship with those who face and are overcoming addiction.

Pastor Eaves has a practical, yet unwavering approach to the Bible. By being an example of godly living, he has encouraged many to pursue a personal relationship with God. Pastor Eaves lives in Carson, CA, with his wife Sophia, and has five children Kristin, Landon, Autumn, Dylan and Jayden.
