Make sure to resize the window vertically to show three text boxes before use.

As the windows version is a .exe, you might get a security alert.

Note: this is by no means something that is guaranteed to find whatever is causing your problem, it will simply look through your log and find potential errors and match them with generic recommendations. Its main purpose is to help save some time finding errors in your log or pointing out things you might not have noticed. Do not, please, do not, think it as something that will 100% find your problem. You might get 0 errors found, or you might get 1871 errors found, etc. Not one definitive error/reason. But it should/might help you regardless, as it does look for keywords and such. I am simply saying this so no one approaches this with unrealistic expectations or thinks this is clickbait.

Of course, if this yields nothing, I must say, don't forget to do all those regular things. Like removing all plugins and putting each one back in one by one, etc.
