We light these candles in memory of the lives lost and in heartfelt solidarity with all those affected by the recent flash floods in Nepal. May their light carry our prayers, love, and hope for healing.

Though we are far from our birthplace, our hearts are with Nepal during this difficult time.

We have set up the donation link below to collect contributions in support of relief efforts for communities affected by the recent flash floods in Nepal. All funds collected will be donated to the Nepal Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund to support those in need.

The goal of this organization is to keep Nepali culture alive, preserve our heritage, and support our community to thrive in this land of enchantment.

We have canceled our Teej Celebation in the observation of natural disaster in Nepal

Ongoing Event: Volunteering at Roadrunner Food Bank

The Nepali Society of New Mexico (NSNM) is proud to support Roadrunner Food Bank. A team of about 20 members from our organization is participating at Roadrunner Food Bank for food packaging to help New Mexico families.

NSNM is supporting community recreational activities like volleyball games. The friendly volleyball matches are conducted every Sunday morning is Domingo Baca Park, Albuquerque, NE, with the help of volunteers like Rajendra Dahal, Prakash Kaini, Amitendra Chaudhari, and others.
