Please read the conditions of participation before registering:
1. Participation in the conference is free of charge and is carried out online.
2. The maximum of 3 authors can be included in one presentation.
3. One person can register only one speech - presentation.
4. The same person is not allowed to register for other speeches.
5. The conference image may be archived and shared. The authors agree to this.
6. The speaker will receive a certificate of participation after the conference.
7. Submissions will be reviewed to check abstracts, methodological clarity, and titles for compatibility with the NMP25 conference objectives.
8. Notification of acceptance will be sent by 15 November 2025.

Purposes and legal basis for processing
Your data will be processed for the following purposes:
Registration and handling of conference participation – Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Ensuring the security of the event, possible investigation or defence against claims – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller).
Sending marketing information (newsletter, information about future events) – based on your consent, Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
Recording and publishing images in promotional materials (e.g. on the website, in social media, in printed materials) – based on your consent, Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.Data recipientsThe data may be made available to entities supporting the organisation of the conference, such as: IT service providers (registration system, hosting), institutions providing event services, and other entities authorised by law.
Transfer of data outside the EEA
As a rule, data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area. However, if tools whose servers are located outside the EEA (e.g. mailing service providers) are used, the transfer of data will be based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other mechanisms compliant with the GDPR.
Data retention period
Participants' data will be stored for the period necessary to hold the conference and then until the expiry of the limitation periods for claims.
Data processed on the basis of consent (marketing, publication of image) – until consent is withdrawn.
Rights of data subjects
You have the right to:
access your data,
rectify, erase or restrict processing,
transfer your data,
object to processing (within the scope of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to its withdrawal),the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
Voluntary provision of data
The provision of data marked as required is necessary for registration for the conference. Failure to provide such data will prevent participation in the event. The provision of data for marketing purposes and consent to the publication of your image is voluntary.
Automated decisions
Your data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
