Feb 2026 Updating Existing Booklet Instructions
If you used my file previously with Regular and Holiday Hymns (from Sept 2025), here is how to insert new pages and remove previous ones no longer needed.
Remove first two pages that have the title page, table of contents and "About This Collection" info.
Insert the first three pages (from the Batch 6 only file) with the title page, updated numerical and alphabetical table of contents, separate table of contents for Easter and Christmas, "About This Collection" info and information about Hymn 1001, "Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing" (Hymn 1001 is already in the booklet).
Remove Hymn 1051 (now has 1052 printed on the back with the new batch).
After hymn 1050, insert hymns 1051 to 1062.
Remove last page of Hymn 1209, "Little Baby in a Manger" (now has 1210 printed on the back with the new batch).
Insert page with last page of Hymn 1209 on the front and Hymn 1210 on the back at the end.

Booklets Information
*NEW* Icons have been added to the table of contents to indicate Sacrament and Child-Friendly Hymns.
*NEW* An index listing hymns by topic has been created. Information from the online website was used to create this. The Gospel Library app listings by topic don't exactly match what is on the online website.
Additional information has been included about the new hymn project and hymn specific information from the church website where there was white space available.
Margins have been shifted to allow for punching holes when printing double sided.
The page size is 8.5 x 11, but using Adobe or generic pdf software, that could be changed.
Page numbers have been included on the outside edge of the page.
There is an instruction sheet on how to understand the D.S. al coda in Gethsemane and also some notations made on the sheet music itself.
A link to this website is included on the cover page.
I like to use a brite white, heavier weight paper to copy music on. The printing doesn't bleed through to the other side of the paper. Hammermill, Laser Print, 24 lb., 98 brightness is an example.
I used folders that have a see through cover and the listing of hymns is what shows through that cover. I did not make or use a separate cover graphic. I'm hoping the actual new hymn book will be printed before the released batches gets too big to add to these folders. Amazon Link: Teling Clear Front Report Covers
