Autumn School on "Gauge Theory, Topology, and Physics"

This Autumn School will feature a series of lectures by leading experts, aimed at introducing graduate students to the latest research topics in the field. The topics includes:

1. Singular instantons, S-complexes, and their applications to knot invariants; 

2. Heegaard Floer theory; 

3. The moduli spaces of Yang-Mills connections over Riemann surfaces (following Atiyah-Bott, and also Hitchin) 

4. Geometric analysis on singular spaces with Ricci curvature bounds, including singular Einstein spaces ; and 

5. Higher-dimensional gauge theory such as G_2 instantons and Spin(7)-instantons. 

This Autumn School is part of TSVP Thematic Program “New Frontiers in Gauge Theory, Topology, and Physics” (TP26GT) at Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology.
