I have been training here for 4 years now and this is the best martial arts school I have ever attended. Everyone here is super welcoming, they really strive to help each other out and they work together through their training.
Sifu Gary is also amazing. He has helped me reach potentials I didn't even know were possible. When I arrived, the most flexible thing I could do was touch my toes. Now I have almost full splits! It is because of Sifu Gary's continuous support and pushing me that I was able to reach this goal.
I have made so many friends being here and it really feels like a second home. Everyone here is family to me and I am so happy to be a part of what we do here. I am a better person because I came to this school and I wouldn't be who I am today without Sifu Gary and everyone else who makes this place so special!

I've been bringing my son here for a few months and I have to say that we thoroughly enjoy the experience. We have tried different disciplines and found that this is the best for him. The instructors are excellent and can manage very large groups of kids well. I can't recommend them enough.

I have been a student at this school for a little over a year now and I have LOVED my experience. Sifu Gary and Sifu Cheyenne are both masterful instructors who are deeply invested in their students’ development as martial artists and as people. They have been more than willing to accommodate my tough schedule and make sure I’m still learning on pace with the rest of the class. Absolutely everybody is welcome the second they walk through the door regardless of age, skill level, or prior experience. The more advanced students at the school are more than happy to offer advice and encouragement. The atmosphere is amazing and I leave each class feeling happy and fulfilled. Give this school a try - you will NOT regret it!

I've studied martial arts with five different teachers before meeting Sifu Gary LaChapelle and I have to admit, he is one of the best I've ever worked with. He makes Kung Fu and Tai Chi achievable for a person of any age or ability. In the five years I've been studying with him, I've seen him connect with everyone, each time in a meaningful way. He truly loves what he gets to teach and enjoys sharing it at every opportunity. With so much variety in long fist kung fu, I can see why he loves it. His passion is infectious.

Very beginner friendly as well as a great place to go even if you have prior Martial Arts experience. My husband and I go here, him with prior Martial Arts experience and myself with none. He's great with kids and adults, is an excellent teacher with decades of experience, provides a complete curriculum of Kung Fu & Tai Chi with very deep traditional roots, and is a very well-networked leader within the New England Martial Arts Community. Anyone who wants a great workout, or discipline and training, or who is wanting to become thoroughly educated in Chinese Martial Arts would find a great home in this school. Plus, the community of Students is truly friendly and active. Thank you, Sifu Gary!

My son has been practicing Kung fu for over 10 years. Sifu Gary is one of the best teachers around. The higher black belts at the school are very welcoming and always willing to help out. This is truly our second home and second family.

First of all .....Sifu Gary is "the man". He has spent the last 20 years building and developing his talent and reputation in the business and martial arts community. He is a genuine person and excellent teacher. Sifu Gary teaches Tai chi and qi gong at local senior centers around Worcester county in addition to running his school. By the way, did I say he was "the man", if you don't believe me stop by the Millbury, Sutton or Holden senior centers,the people LOVE him. In April he hosts world Thai Chi day, which is an incredible event. Stop by the school, bring your son, daughter, better half or grandmother. The floor is usually filled with all types, shapes, sizes and off course personalities LOL.

I can't say enough positive things about our school. As a "high-mileage" adult, I always feel better physically and have a more positive mentality when I finish classes with Sifu Gary.
