 FAFSA COMPLETION STEPS

1. Go to  https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa

2. Click “Start New Form”

3. Click “Create an account"

4. Select Language and Click “Get Started”

5. Complete steps 1-6

6. Repeat steps 1-6 for Parent 

7. After you have created a username and password for both parent and student go to https://studentaid.gov/fsa-id/sign-in/landing?continueTo=fafsa and log in with your info.

8. Complete the form and send the confirmation email to Ms. Adams at soadams@galenaparkisd.com.

STEPS TO BECOME A PROMISE SCHOLAR

1. By TBD: Complete the Promise Pledge and apply to San Jac (via Apply Texas)

2. By TBD :Apply for financial aid.

3. By TBD: Enroll and register for full-time classes at San Jac.***If selected , must also complete financial aid verification**
