1 year post-doc looking at the epigenetics of ageing in the model insect Nasonia vitripennis. The Mallon lab has recently discovered an epigenetic clock in these insects and we wish to develop the system by looking at histone modifications in the ageing process. An ability to carry out ChIP-seq in insects would be especially valuable.
