Our lab sits on the downtown campus of UB in Buffalo, NY.  

We investigate how chromatin architecture (3D organization) is temporally regulated to assure the highly dynamic transcriptome during post-mitotic neuronal maturation.  

Our ultimate goal is to engineer chromatin architecture and transcriptionally restore neuronal development in our disease models, and ultimately facilitate therapy development.
