Call for Abstracts

Submission Details:

The workshop welcomes the submission of original and unpublished research on topics related to the Challenges, Developments, and Opportunities in NeuroImage Data Analytics, to be presented at the event. Topics of interest include:

• Neuroimaging

• Signal processing

• Machine learning

• Multimodal data

• Data fusion

• Data analytics

• Robust inference

• Afternoon Session: 14:00-17:30

Important Dates:

• First Call for Abstracts: November 9, 2024

• Abstract Submission Deadline: November 15, 2024

• Abstract Acceptance Notification: December 18, 2024

• Camera Ready Abstract Deadline: January 13, 2025

All deadlines are set for 11:59 PM on the respective day in US Pacific Standard Time.

Submission Guidelines:

• Please submit your abstract for the workshop via the ICASSP 2025 paper management system (CMT) using the following link: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICASSP2025. During submission, select “(ID 100) NeuroDA: NeuroImage Data Analytics – Challenges, Developments, and Opportunities” from the drop-down menu. Detailed submission guidelines will be provided soon.

• All submissions will undergo a single-blind peer review process, following the ICASSP 2025 review criteria. Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to present their work at the workshop. Please note that at least one author from each accepted abstract must attend and present in person at the event.

Contributions are encouraged from academia as well as industry. Participants of all races, genders, and nationalities are welcome and will be among the beneficiaries of these developments. At least one female and one male keynote speaker will be invited, ensuring gender diversity. Since abstracts are being solicited from all IEEE regions, geographical diversity will be ensured. This will not be a forum for data sharing and hence no related ethical issues will arise.
