This app was designed based on many years of travel experience, incorporating the features that are truly essential for getting the most out of your trips.

From the Home screen, you can access the details of your past, current, and future travel plans.

In the upper-right corner, you will find the Add New, Import Plan, and Settings buttons.

To create a new travel plan, click the Add New button.

If you would like to copy a travel plan created by your travel companion, simply click the blue downward-arrow button and import the travel plan file that your companion exported.

To change the app’s overall settings, click the gear icon in the upper-right corner to open the Settings screen. While not required, we recommend completing the initial setup first, as it will make the app even more convenient to use.

Common Operations

• To edit or delete any item you have created, swipe the item from right to left. The Edit and Delete buttons will then appear.

On this screen, you can configure information that is commonly needed for all of your trips.

App Info

• In the Free Version, you can manage up to three travel plans.

• If you enjoy using the app, please consider upgrading to the Unlimited Version for unrestricted access.

Edit General Packing List

• To help prevent forgetting important items, you can prepare a packing list in advance.

• The packing list is divided into three categories:

  • Pre-Trip Preparation

  • Checked Baggage

  • Carry-On Baggage

• Each category already contains a set of commonly needed items. You can customize these lists to create your own personalized packing list.

• To add a new item, tap the Add New button.

• To edit or delete an existing item, swipe the item to the left and select Edit or Delete.

• The packing lists created here are automatically copied into each new travel plan you create.

Passport Information

• You can store your passport details on this screen and save a photo of your passport for easy reference whenever needed.

• We also recommend taking a clear photo of your passport and storing it here.

ESTA Information

• If you use the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA), you can record your ESTA information here to conveniently manage your application number and expiration date.

Travel Insurance Information

• If you have travel insurance, you can save your policy information here so it is readily available when needed.

Emergency Contacts

• You can record emergency contact information such as insurance companies, embassies, hospitals, and other important contacts.

• Having this information readily available can help you respond quickly in an emergency.

Driver’s License Information

• When renting a car, you may need access to your driver’s license information.

• Saving it here makes it easy to reference when necessary.

• We also recommend storing a photo of your driver’s license.

Backup Management

• Export Backup

  • You can create a backup of all your data so that it can be restored in the event of a device replacement or unexpected issue.

  • Backups are encrypted and protected with a password. Please make sure you do not forget your password.

• Import Backup

  • You can restore all of your information from a previously created backup.

You can start using the app without completing the initial setup by creating a travel plan directly from the Home screen.

The first step in planning your trip is to tap the Add New button at the top of the Home screen.

Title

• Enter the purpose or name of your trip.

• Example: Hawaii Trip

Destination

• Enter your destination.

• If entered correctly, the local time zone will be automatically detected.

• Example: Honolulu

Time Zone

• The time zone for the destination will be displayed automatically below the destination field.

• However, depending on the destination, the detected time zone may not always be correct. If necessary, please adjust it manually.

• Setting the correct time zone is very important, as many travel-related features depend on it.

Start Date

• Enter the start date of your trip.

• If this field is left blank, the plan will be treated as a Dream Destinations.

• If your travel dates have already been decided, be sure to enter them.

End Date

• Enter the end date of your trip.

• If this field is left blank, the plan will be treated as a Dream Destinations.

• If your travel dates have already been decided, be sure to enter them.

Notes

• Use this field to record any notes related to the trip.

• Example: Family trip with my parents

Save the Plan

• After completing all the required information, tap the Save button.

Menu Button

• Tap the menu button in the upper-right corner to access additional options for this travel plan.

• Expand / Collapse Travel Schedule List

  • Tap the orange button to expand or collapse the travel schedule list.

• Add Details

  • Tap the Add Details button to add travel-related information to this trip.

• Share Travel Plan

  • The blue upward-arrow button allows you to share this travel plan with your travel companions.

  • All travel information, except for sensitive personal information entered for the trip, can be shared via AirDrop, email, or other sharing methods.

  • Travel plans received from others can be imported from the Home screen.

Basic Information

• You can review the duration of your trip here.

• The schedule for the current day is automatically expanded when viewing the plan.

• Tap any scheduled item to open its detailed Card View.

View Footprints (Movement History)

• If you select Always Allow when the location permission dialog appears, the app will automatically record the places you visit during your trip along with the date and time.

• When the trip ends, location recording automatically stops.

• This feature is extremely useful when looking back on your travels later, so we highly recommend enabling it.

• This feature is only available on iPhone.

Important Info

• Provides quick access to the important information you registered in the Settings screen, such as passport details, insurance information, emergency contacts, and more.

Packing List

• Create a list of items to bring on your trip.

• By default, the packing list you created in the Settings screen is copied into each travel plan.

• You can also add trip-specific items that are needed only for this journey.

• Use this feature to help ensure that you do not forget anything important.

Shopping List

• Keep track of items you would like to purchase during your trip.

To-Do List

• Record activities, places, or experiences you would like to complete during your trip.

Travel Schedule Details list

• Tap a date to view all scheduled events for that day.

• Tap an individual schedule item to view its details in a card.

• You can also tap the orange expand icon at the top of the screen to show or hide all schedule items at once.

Tap the View Footprints button on the Travel Management screen to view a chronological history of the places you visited during your trip.

Each entry includes:

• Time spent at the location

• Place name

• Map location

• Photos taken there

If you travel to another country, the visit history will automatically be displayed using the local time of the destination.

Photos

If you take photos while visiting a location, a photo icon will automatically appear for that entry.

Tap the photo icon to quickly view the photos taken at that location.

Location Names

• The displayed location names are provided as a convenience and may not always be exact.

• In areas with many nearby businesses, the app may display the name of a neighboring store or venue instead of the exact location you visited.

• Please use the location names as a general reference.

Privacy Settings

If you do not want your travel footprints to be recorded, you can disable location access at any time.

On your iPhone, open:

Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → VPlanner Pro

Then change the permission setting to Never.

When Location History Is Recorded

• Travel footprints are recorded only during the travel period specified when the travel plan was created.

• Outside of the configured trip dates, no location history is recorded by the app.

This screen is displayed when you tap the Add Details button on the Travel Management screen.

Type

Select the category that best matches the information you would like to add.

There are five categories available for organizing information that may be useful during your trip.

• Flight

  • Register your flight reservation information.

  • You can also attach reservation documents or itineraries provided by your travel agency or airline.

  • Hotel

    • Register your hotel reservation information.

    • If you enter the hotel address accurately, the app can provide map navigation when you arrive at your destination.

  • Transportation

    • Register transportation arrangements for your trip.

    • Examples include:

• Rental cars

• Airport limousine buses

• Parking reservations

• Train or ferry reservations

• Event

  • Register activities and events planned during your trip.

  • Examples include:

• Restaurant reservations

• Shows and performances

• Optional tours

• Attractions and activities

• Other

  • Register any information that does not fit into the categories above.

  • Use this category for miscellaneous travel-related information.

• Basic Information / Additional Information

  • You can enter detailed information for each item.

  • Please enter information as accurately as possible, including:

• Address

• Time zone

• Date and time

• Reservation number

• Confirmation details

• Notes and additional information

• Accurate information will help the app provide the most useful travel assistance during your trip.

Tap any item in the schedule list on the Travel Management screen to view its details in a card format.

You can swipe left or right to move through your scheduled items in chronological order.

Hotel Cards

On hotel cards, a camera button is available next to the Room Number field.

Tap this button to take a photo of your hotel room number displayed on the room door.

This makes it easy to find your room later and also serves as a memorable record of your stay.

Address and Navigation

If you enter the correct address, you can:

• View the location on a map

• Use navigation to get directions

• Quickly find your destination when traveling

For the best experience, be sure to enter the address as accurately as possible.

Editing Information

To edit the information displayed on a card, tap the menu button in the upper-right corner of the screen.
