Elderly people in my community frequently step outside at sunset, primarily to get some fresh air but one day I became understood that they weren't just strolling for fitness. They were strolling with the intention of making contact , wanting someone to talk to spend their time. While taking my daily stroll I found a friend . He turned into a mentor of sorts for me through casual conversation. However, I also observed how easily they are overlooked.
That's when I understood that many older people, aren't lacking resources; rather, they're lacking connections. emotional bond. mental exercise. Recognition rather than physical.
