Welcome to the official website of the IJCAI 2025 Workshop on "Advanced Neural Systems for Next-Generation Biomedical Intelligence." This workshop aims to unite AI researchers, biomedical engineers, clinicians, and industry leaders to drive the development of next-generation biomedical intelligence systems that address critical challenges and accelerate practical healthcare solutions.

IJCAI 2025 supports chairingtool for submission. We request authors to create a chairingtool account or sign in with Google, GitHub or ORCID at chairingtool.com for proceeding with paper submission.

We invite the following types of submissions:

• Technical papers (full/short) – novel research, including late-breaking ideas

• Summary papers – highlight existing work relevant to QR

• Application/demo papers – real-world applications, software, and implementations

• Extended abstracts of recently published works or teasers for ongoing work.

Format: Full (7 pages), Short (4 pages), +1 page for references – IJCAI format 

Review Process: Peer-reviewed (at least 2 reviewers per paper) 

All submissions will be evaluated through peer-reviewing based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition. The reviewing process is single blind.

The papers will be published in CEUR Workshop Proceedings!

We specifically welcome extended abstracts of papers published at IJCAI'25, for which the workshop can serve as medium for extended presentations.
