Event location
The summit will take place at the following address: 1170 Borregas Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94089.
Travel
In order to accommodate a greater number of participants, we ask that attendees consider covering the flight and hotel costs through their own sources of funding, unless doing so presents a hardship. If covering airfare and hotel would be difficult for you, please let us know.
Airport/train station transfers
Please arrange your own transport to your airport/station of departure and when in Sunnyvale.

Insurance
Important: participants traveling to the workshop are not covered by Google's corporate travel insurance, nor can we guarantee you'll be covered under any government health care schemes. We advise you to take out your own policy for medical coverage and repatriation before you travel.
Expenses
All meals during the workshop will be paid for by Google. Please note, we won't cover non-essential expenses, such as mini bar, phone calls, bar bills, etc. If in doubt, please email networkingsummit2019@google.com.
Visas
If you require a visa to enter the United States, please email networkingsummit2019@google.com and we will contact you to prepare your visa support letter.
Dress code
The dress code for the event is loosely defined as 'casual'. Please simply wear what you are comfortable in!
Visitor Policy
We kindly ask that you do not take any photos or videos inside the Google office. Please don’t share or discuss any confidential information you see or hear during your visit.
Laptops & Internet access
Wireless broadband is available for guests at the Google office. Feel free to bring your laptops to the office to check emails during breaks. You won't require them during sessions, however.
Badges
For security reasons, please wear these at all times while onsite at the Google office. Please ensure you do not walk around the building without an official Google host.
