NEXT INTAKE STARTS Monday 16th October 2023
I have been playing netball since I was 9 years old. After returning from university, myself and two of my friends set up a brand new club. This has grown from just 5 people at our first training session to a large club with 5 senior teams and an ever growing junior section. I am the head coach, Level 2 qualified and have been coaching for over 20 years. In the last 10 years, I have also been playing regional level netball.
However, it has been in the last 2 years, since I started strength training, that I have noticed my performance on court has improved significantly. I truly believe that getting strong in the gym, nailing my nutrition and improving my mindset has enabled me to keep playing the sport I love. And I want to show you how to do the same!
