Due to venue capacity, we are only able to offer only a limited number of registrations. 

The workshop registration costs are the following:

• Free for internal attendees (affiliated with Imperial College London) and attendees affiliated with the NeST programme grant; however, registration is required due to venue capacity. 

• £50 for external attendees not affiliated with the NeST programme grant.

Registration includes attendance to the workshop, light breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch on both days.

The cost of the workshop dinner (held on 16th December) will be the following:

• Free for attendees affiliated with the NeST programme grant. Registration to the dinner is required even if you are eligible for the free rate. 

• £50 for all other attendees.

Attendees who are affiliated with Imperial College London but not with NeST and would like to attend the dinner should purchase this item without selecting the option of the dinner ticket. This would ensure that you are correctly charged £50 only. After you complete the purchase, please email Francesco Sanna Passino at f.sannapassino@imperial.ac.uk so that your attendance to the workshop dinner is recorded correctly.
