NetRadar ("we," "our," or "us") operates the NetRadar: Minor Hockey Tracker mobile application. This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Unlike many apps, NetRadar is designed to be a local-first application. Most of your data stays on your device.

While using our App, we do not require you to create an account or provide personal contact information like your name (outside of local player profiles), email address, or phone number to us directly.

Media and Files

Use: The App requests permission to save images to your device's gallery (in a folder named NetRadar_MHT).

Data: This includes game reports, heatmaps, and player photos you choose to save or export.

Data: We do not collect or store your credit card or financial information. All transactions are handled securely by Google Play. We only receive a confirmation from Google that a purchase was successful to unlock features.

3. Data Storage

All game statistics, player names, and tracking data are stored locally on your device in a secure database. We do not have access to this data. If you delete the App, this local data will be removed unless backed up by your device's standard system backup settings.

We may employ third-party companies due to the following reasons:

Google Play Services: For app distribution, updates, and in-app billing. These third parties have access to your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our records (which in this app's case, is stored exclusively on your local device).
