How To Install Netgear Ex2700 With Firmware Above 1.0.1.8?

Steps to install Ex2700 are:

Connect the Ex2700 to the power outlet and wait for the power LED to become solid green.
Use a wi-fi device like a computer, smartphone or laptop and connect it to the extender’s SSID.

Note: You can use a wired computer to install Ex2700. For this, you need an Ethernet cable and an Ethernet port.

Once the Wi-Fi device is connected to the Ex2700, the device LED will start blinking.
Launch an internet browser and enter Mywifiext in the space given.
Click on ‘New extender setup’. For all the pre-requisites and items required, check this list.
Complete the ‘Extender setup screen’ followed by ‘Next’.
