By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Netfree mobile application ("Netfree" or "the App"), operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("you" or the "user") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, access, or use the App. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Netfree provides general informational content about movies and web/TV series, including but not limited to genre classification, cast and crew details, runtime, ratings sourced from third parties (including IMDb), and information about where a title may be available to watch. Netfree does not host, stream, sell, rent, or distribute any video content, and does not provide access to copyrighted audiovisual works. Netfree does not offer user account creation, registration, or authentication.
Netfree is intended for general audiences. Because the App does not require account creation or age verification, we do not independently verify the age of users. If you are under the age of majority, or under the applicable age of digital consent in your country (which ranges roughly from 13 to 18 depending on jurisdiction), you should use the App only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, and your use should comply with any minimum-age requirements imposed by the app store from which you downloaded the App and by applicable local law.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Netfree on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits this despite the restriction;
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the App by automated means;
Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices in the App;
Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the security of the App or the services it relies on;
Generate artificial, fraudulent, or invalid advertising impressions, clicks, or interactions within the App, or otherwise interfere with the ad-serving technologies integrated into the App;
Use bots or other automated means to access the App in a manner inconsistent with normal human use;
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law (see Section 12).
Movie and series information in the App including genres, cast and crew, runtime, ratings, and "where to watch" availability is aggregated from multiple sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Availability and pricing on third-party platforms change frequently and without notice, and we do not guarantee that any title will be available on any platform referenced by the App at any given time.
IMDb ratings and similar third-party ratings displayed in the App are shown for informational reference only. Netfree is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by IMDb.com, Inc., Amazon, or any streaming service, studio, distributor, or content owner referenced in the App, unless expressly stated otherwise. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos of third parties appearing in the App (including but not limited to "IMDb") are the property of their respective owners, and their appearance in the App does not imply any relationship, sponsorship, or endorsement between their owners and Celestial Infotech.
The App may contain links or references to third-party streaming, rental, purchase, or informational platforms (for example, in "where to watch" listings), and may display advertising served by third parties (see Section 7). We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, pricing, terms of service, or legality in your jurisdiction. Your use of any third-party service is governed solely by that service's own terms and privacy policy, and any dealings you have with a third party accessed through the App are solely between you and that third party.
The App may display advertisements served through Google AdMob and/or Google Ad Manager, and/or their respective advertising partners. Ad content is selected and delivered by Google and its partners according to their own systems and policies; we do not control, and do not necessarily endorse, the content of any specific advertisement shown to you. See our Privacy Policy for information about advertising-related data processing and the choices available to you.
The App itself including its software, design, user interface, the "Netfree" name and logo, and any original compiled content created by us — is owned by Celestial Infotech or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 4, nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right to you.
Movie and series metadata, images, and similar third-party content displayed in the App may be owned by their respective rightsholders and are used under license, a permitted-use basis, or another lawful basis identified by Celestial Infotech.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION IN THE APP (INCLUDING RATINGS, CAST INFORMATION, OR "WHERE TO WATCH" AVAILABILITY) IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights that vary by jurisdiction.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP, INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING FROM: (A) RELIANCE ON INACCURATE OR OUTDATED INFORMATION IN THE APP; (B) THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, CONTENT, OR ADVERTISEMENTS ACCESSED THROUGH THE APP; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA VIA THIRD-PARTY SDKS.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, TO USE THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (II).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for statutory consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country of residence (which may apply, for example, to consumers in the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protections).
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Celestial Infotech from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the App, except to the extent such claims arise from our own breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law. This provision does not apply to obligations that applicable consumer-protection law does not permit to be shifted onto a consumer.
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the App at any time, with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if we discontinue the App, or if required by an app store operator or applicable law. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 5 (Content Accuracy), 8 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), 14 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution), and 15 (App Store-Specific Terms) — will survive.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any feature of it, at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where the change is material, will provide additional notice through the App or the applicable app store's release notes. Your continued use of the App after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer-protection or other laws of your country of habitual residence apply and cannot be excluded or varied by contract — which may be the case, for example, for consumers located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protections. Where such mandatory law applies, it will govern to the extent required, and this choice-of-law clause will not deprive you of the protections you would otherwise have under that law.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App will not be subject to the prosecution in any part of world, subject to the same consumer-protection carve-out described above (which, in many consumer contexts, also entitles you to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence, and prevents mandatory pre-dispute arbitration or class-action waivers from being enforced against consumers in some jurisdictions).
Because Netfree is distributed through app marketplaces such as Google Play and/or the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply to the extent the App is obtained through the relevant store:
These Terms are an agreement between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] only, and not with Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any other app store operator ("Store Operator"). The Store Operator is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the applicable Store Operator, and the Store Operator may refund the purchase price for the App to you (if any was paid); to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Store Operator will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to any warranty will be Celestial Infotech's sole responsibility.
Celestial Infotech, not the Store Operator, is solely responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer-protection claims.
Celestial Infotech , not the Store Operator, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any claim that the App or your possession and use of it infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App (for example, your wireless data service agreement, if relevant).
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government (or other applicable) embargo, and that you are not listed on any applicable government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

You and Celestial Infotech acknowledge and agree that each applicable Store Operator, and its subsidiaries, is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, the Store Operator will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Celestial Infotech regarding the App, and supersede any prior agreements between you and us regarding the App.
