Dr. Guo is a Research Scientist at Bosch Center for Artificial Intelligence (BCAI). He received the M.Sc. degree in system, control and robotics in 2011, and the PhD degree in 2016, both from KTH . He was a Postdoc fellow at Duke University from 2016 to 2017, and at KTH from 2017 to 2018. He received the EuRobotics George Giralt PhD Award 2017 - Finalist and European Embedded Control Institute (EECI) PhD Award 2017 - Finalist. His research interest is task and motion planning for robots using expertise in control, learning, and formal method.

Dr Stürz is a Postdoctoral Researcher and Marie-Skłodowska-Curie Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley, USA, and affiliated with the Division of DCS at KTH, Sweden. She will join the Division of DCS at KTH as an Assistant Professor in 2021. She received her PhD from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), Zurich, Switzerland, in 2019. Prior to that, she received the Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Munich, Germany in 2012 and 2014, respectively, and the Diploma degree in general engineering science from the Ecole Centrale Paris, France in 2013. From 2008 to 2014, she was awarded scholarships from the German National Academic Foundation and the Ulderup Foundation. Her research interests include distributed and optimal control, learning-based model predictive control with applications to multi-robotic systems and digital fabrication.
