Learnership Overview:

The Netcare Cleaning Learnership 2025 is a structured programme that combines theoretical learning with practical workplace experience. Successful candidates will gain valuable skills in cleaning, hygiene, and facility maintenance, while also earning a nationally recognized qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties in accordance with Netcare’s standards and protocols.

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in healthcare facilities.

• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.

• Adhere to health and safety regulations.

• Assist with waste management and disposal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric certificate (Grade 12).

• Strong interest in cleaning and hygiene.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

• South African citizenship.

• No prior work experience required.
