আমাদের অ্যাপ থেকে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট এবং তার সাথে সম্পর্কিত সমস্ত ডেটা স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে ফেলার জন্য, অনুগ্রহ করে নিচের নির্দেশাবলী অনুসরণ করুন।
কীভাবে অনুরোধ করবেন:
আপনি যে ইমেল আইডি দিয়ে আমাদের অ্যাপে অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলেছিলেন, সেই ইমেল আইডি থেকে আমাদের একটি ইমেল পাঠান।
আপনার ইমেলটি অবশ্যই নিচের ঠিকানায় পাঠাতে হবে:
ইমেল ঠিকানা: amaarbangla123@gmail.com
ইমেলের বিষয় (Subject) দিন: Account Deletion Request
ইমেলের ভেতরে, অনুগ্রহ করে স্পষ্ট করে লিখুন যে আপনি আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলতে চান। আপনি নিচের লাইনটি কপি করতে পারেন:
"আমি আমার অ্যাকাউন্ট এবং এর সাথে সম্পর্কিত সমস্ত ডেটা স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে ফেলতে চাই।"
প্রসেসিং সময়:
আপনার অনুরোধ পাওয়ার পর, আমরা ৭-১৪ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টটি মুছে ফেলব এবং আপনাকে একটি কনফার্মেশন ইমেল পাঠিয়ে দেব।

To permanently delete your account and all associated data from our app, please follow the instructions below.
Send us an email from the same email ID you used to register in our app.
Your email must be sent to the following address:

Please use the following subject line:
Subject: Account Deletion Request
In the body of the email, clearly mention that you wish to delete your account.
You may copy and paste the line below:
“I would like to permanently delete my account and all data associated with it.”
Once we receive your request, we will permanently delete your account within 7–14 business days and send you a confirmation email.
