7.  What if my child cries?
a.  It’s completely normal for little ones to feel nervous or shed a few tears when they’re in a new environment — and we’re ready for it with open arms and gentle hearts. Your child will be met with patience, kindness, and comfort from the moment they arrive. Most children settle in after just a few minutes of engaging play, cozy snuggles, or distraction with fun activities.
b.  If your child is still feeling sad after about 10–15 minutes, we’ll give you a call to check in. We’ll let you know how they’re doing, and we may ask for your advice or suggestions on what helps comfort them best. You know your child better than anyone, and we’re here to partner with you to make their experience a positive one.

8.  How do naps/quiet time work?
a.  Every day at 1:00 PM, we have a dedicated nap and quiet time to help little bodies and minds rest and recharge. When you drop off your child, you’ll let us know if they typically nap.
b.  Children who do nap will be settled into a quiet, cozy area with individual nap mats, soft blankets, and soothing sounds to help them relax and drift off peacefully.
c.  For older kids or non-nappers, we offer calm, quiet-time activities like books, puzzles, drawing, or a kids movie — giving everyone a chance to rest without pressure to sleep.
