In my journey through research, I was once told (by my Professor Debshankar Ray) that while not every day can yield a Taj Mahal, maintaining its excellence is also a hallmark of engineering. While our long-term research goals hold immense implications for cutting-edge science and technology, we intend to conduct research that, if not revolutionizing, serves as commendable 'maintenance' work for the betterment of humanity. These efforts will nurture capable students, preparing them to tackle the forefront challenges of modern science as their research pursuits.
