本服務由 Nuvora Digital Studio 提供。使用 Nerivaro／寧維洛 應用程式，即表示你同意遵守本條款及適用法律。
一、服務內容
Nerivaro 應用程式提供本機優先的計算、生活工具與資料管理功能。功能可能因平台、版本、地區、第三方服務或商店政策而不同。
二、使用者資料與責任
你對輸入、匯出、分享、備份、還原及刪除的資料負責。請在還原或覆蓋前確認備份來源與版本。Google Drive、Google Play、廣告與其他第三方服務受其各自條款約束。
三、購買與贊助
付費商品、贊助、退款、撤銷與恢復購買依 Google Play 官方流程處理。贊助為自願性支持，不保證提供核心功能或實體回饋。
四、禁止事項與智慧財產
不得干擾服務、逆向工程、濫用分享或備份功能、侵害他人權利，或以違法方式使用 App。Nerivaro／寧維洛 品牌、程式碼、文案、設計與原創資產為 Nuvora Digital Studio 所有；第三方內容依其授權提供。
五、免責與變更
App 依現況提供，不保證永遠不中斷或適合特定目的。金融或其他重要決策應由使用者自行確認。法律、平台、資安或第三方服務變更時，我們可能更新功能與條款。

Nerivaro／寧維洛 apps are provided by Nuvora Digital Studio. By using the apps, you agree to these terms and applicable law.
