TOS

By Commissioning me, you agree to my TOS:

Payment:

• I accept payments in USD through Paypal or Ko fi.

• Once I've received the full payment, I'll start the piece.

• I won't accept another method of payment, such as gift cards, money-in-game, subscriptions, etc.

• Payments can be split with other people, and I'll accept payments from another person (in case the commissioner doesn't have paypal but a friend of them does.)

• Price might rise due complexity or deadlines.

Basic Info:

• To commission a character you must have a reference sheet or any drawing where I can see their design, otherwise I'll spend more time designing them by myself and the price might rise.

• I always send a sketch first in case the commissioner want to change or add some details. I will not start a sketch again from zero after having drawn one and after the commissioner especified how they wanted the pose to be. (and If they also have given me artistic freedom) Unless it was my fault.

• I'm free to not accept a commission for X reason.

• I keep all the commissioning process via DM. (through twitter or discord) In case I can no longer find the client and they don't contact me back after a month, the commission will be cancelled.

I will draw: Slightly gore, candy gore, suggestive art, wings, snakes, deers, humans.

I will not draw: Robots, bara, NSFW, extra limb characters, guns, cars, ponies, offensive content, pokemons, ferals, insect with complex designs, extreme fat.

Finished piece:

• The commissioner can publish the finished work followed by a tag to my art page/social media, giving me proper credits.

• The commissioner is not allowed to sell merch with my artwork or anything to make a profit out of it. Unless if they want to keep it for themsleves, such as a sticker, poster, etc.

• I will not update old art. (and I can't because I delete the layer file after the client is happy with their piece.)

• Do not use any of my art (Commissioned or not) in AI training/generating.

• No big changes will be done after finishing a piece. Unless it was my fault.
  
  

Refunds and cancelations:

• Commissioner will be refunded depending at what point the drawing is at. Though, if I haven't started it yet, they'll receive a full refund.

• I can cancel a commission at any time (in case if the client is being disrespectful, stressing me, etc.)

• No refunds will be given after finishing a piece.
