About Me

My name is Niya, and I'm the founder of Nerds For Words. 

I created these game cards as a way to make vocabulary interesting for kids and learners of the English Language.  

I have a Masters in Special Education with a Learning Disability Teacher-Consultant Certification.  I've taught for 12 years and am now venturing into Teacher-Consultancy. With the belief that all students can learn, I'm dedicated to the cause of making Education Great!
