2.1 Account Data

We collect your name and email address only to create your profile and manage secure access. If you log in via third-party services (Google, Facebook, or Instagram), we may receive identifiers associated with those accounts.

2.2 Educational Progress

We store your XP, Gems, lesson completion status, and Word Bank mastery via Google Firebase to synchronize your experience across devices and provide leaderboards.

2.3 Device Information

We may collect basic information about your device (model, OS version) to ensure app compatibility and troubleshoot errors.

3. Voice Data Privacy (Strict Policy)

Our app requires microphone access for pronunciation practice and interactive speaking challenges.

•Real-time Processing: Your voice is processed in real-time to provide immediate linguistic feedback.

•No Storage: We do not record or store your voice recordings on our servers. Any temporary audio data is deleted immediately after processing or once the practice session is closed.

4. Account Deletion & Data Rights

You have full control over your data:

•Automated Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data directly via the app settings.

•Manual Request: You can email us at dev.app.d12@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request." All records will be wiped within 7 business days.

•Guest Accounts: Guest account data is stored locally and is deleted upon logout or app uninstallation.

•Educational Purpose: NederFlow is an educational tool. While we use advanced technologies, we do not guarantee 100% linguistic accuracy in translations or feedback.

•"As-Is" Service: The application is provided "as-is." We are not liable for any issues arising from the use of the app.

•Subscription Notice: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel Google Play subscriptions. Please cancel them manually via the Play Store subscription management.
