NEPT CPP Reference — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 May 2026
Overview
NEPT CPP Reference ("the App") is a clinical reference tool for Victorian Non-Emergency Patient Transport crew members. The App is developed and published by Cortilok Projects. This policy explains how the App handles your data.
Data Collection
The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with the developer or any third party. The App operates entirely on your device and does not require an internet connection to function.
No User Accounts
The App does not require or support user accounts, login credentials, or registration of any kind.
No Analytics or Tracking
The App does not use any analytics services, tracking tools, cookies, or advertising frameworks. No usage data is collected or transmitted to any party.
Local Storage
The App stores certain information locally on your device only, so that your settings and entries are remembered between sessions. This may include your selected scope and display preferences, and any entries you create within the App (such as Facility Codes and Escalate Care contacts). This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to the developer.
How Long Your Data Is Retained
Because all data is stored locally on your device, it is retained on your device for as long as the App remains installed, or until you choose to delete it. The developer does not store, back up, or retain any of your data on external servers, as no data is ever transmitted off your device.
How to Delete Your Data
You are in full control of your data and can delete it at any time using any of the following methods:
Delete individual entries (such as Facility Codes or Escalate Care contacts) directly within the App using the long-press edit/delete option on each entry.
Clear all locally stored App data via your device settings: Settings → Apps → NEPT CPP Reference → Storage → Clear Data (wording may vary by device).
Uninstall the App, which removes all locally stored data from your device.
Once deleted by any of these methods, the data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Internet Access
The App may optionally check for available updates via the Google Play Store. This is the only network request the App makes. No personal information is transmitted during this check.
Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs that collect user data.
Children's Privacy
The App is a professional clinical reference tool intended for use by qualified healthcare workers. It is not directed at children under the age of 13.
Changes to This Policy
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
