Trekking in Langtang region is one of the perfect to cross the high Himalayan and <em>Tamang Heritage</em> trekking is a newly opened trekking route in the Himalaya in Langtang region and holy lake of Goshainkuda(4330m) with beautiful of village and valley of Helambu, the land of Yolmo. The trail passes through the Langtang National Park which is one of the most famous and important national park for Red Panda in Nepal. It's not so far from Kathmandu valley to the north near by the border of Tibet. And Langtang valley trek dominates by Mt. Langtang Lirung (7229m). Trekking starts from Sabrubeshi climbs through the farmland of local people Tibetan as well as the deep of Langtang Khola through the forest of rhododendron, The higher part of this forest is inhabitant of Red Panda which is endangered animal in Nepal. As a trekking trail, we can see many more birds, animals, and many different flowers of Langtang trek.
Further above the Langtang village, we explore to higher normal summits like Kyanjing-Ri, Tserku-Ri, Yala Peak Base camp and Langshisa valley apart of the glacier of Mt. Langtang Lirung. People from the areas are Tamangs, one of ethnic group, inhabited hilly region of Nepal, practice their own religion Buddhism, herding Yaks and Naks to earn better life. Kyanjim Gompa is very interesting place in itself. It is a nice surprise to see a Cheese factory, established in 1955 by the Swiss Association for Technical Assistance in Kyanjim Gompa.
Langtang Goshainkunda Helambu trek is one of the perfect package to cross the high Himalayan holy lake of Goshainkuda (4330m) with beautiful village and valley of Helambu, the land of Yolmo. The trail passes through the Langtang National Park which is one of the most famous and important national park for Red Panda in Nepal. Helambu is a region of highland villages in Nepal. about 30km from kathmandu .It is home of teh Hyolmu people. They Hyolmos have cultural similarities with Tibetans, while Helam people are ethnically Nepalese .
Helambu region begins at the Lauribina La pass and descends to the Melamchi valley. Helambu is famous for its sweet applesand artistic Buddhist monasteries and it is a Buddhist pilgrimage site.
Day 01: Arrival in Katmandu (1310m). Will pick up you in the airport and transfer to hotel.
Day 02: Early morning drive 7 hours from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1610m) by Bus. Over night at lodge .
Day 03: Trek from Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel ( 2500m) walking 5-6 hours
Day 04: Trek from Lama hotel to Langtang village (3541 m.) Walking for 5 hours.
Day 05: Trek from Langtang village to Kyanjing Gompa (3900 m.) Walking for 2-3 hours.
Day 06: Early morning to Kyanjin Ri, a 15679 ft / 4779 m or Tserko Ri 4984 m and then trek back to Kyanjing Gompa .
Day 07: Trek from Kyanjing Gompa all the way down to Lama Hotel (2480 m.) Walking 6 hours.
Day 08: Trek from lama hotel down to Syabrubesi Walking for 5 hours.
Day 09: Early morning breakfast drive back to Katmandu by Bus. transfer to hotel .
Day 10: Final departure day.
