PRIVACY POLICY — NEON TRACKER
Last updated: September 1, 2026
NEON TRACKER is a mobile game developed and published by ibrand tunisia.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, stored, processed, shared, and deleted when you use NEON TRACKER.
1. INFORMATION STORED BY NEON TRACKER
NEON TRACKER does not require you to provide your real name, email address, phone number, physical address, or date of birth in order to play.
The game may store information locally on your device, including game progress, best score, current and highest Cycle reached, unlocked levels and skins, selected skin, Energy and progression information, music settings, sound effects settings, vibration preferences, tutorial progress, and leaderboard results waiting to be synchronized while offline.
This local information is used to operate the game and preserve your progress and preferences.
2. GLOBAL LEADERBOARD
NEON TRACKER includes an optional global leaderboard.
To participate in the leaderboard, the game creates an anonymous player account and allows the player to choose a public pseudonym called a Tracker ID.
Information stored online may include your public Tracker ID, best score, highest Cycle reached, leaderboard ranking, anonymous account identifier, game run identifiers, run start and completion information, timestamps, and limited gameplay information used to validate leaderboard results and prevent abuse or cheating.
Your Tracker ID, score, Cycle, and leaderboard position may be visible to other NEON TRACKER players.
The anonymous technical account identifier is not intended to be publicly displayed.
Players should not use their real name, email address, phone number, home address, or other sensitive personal information as their Tracker ID.
3. SUPABASE
NEON TRACKER uses Supabase to provide anonymous player authentication, global leaderboard storage, leaderboard synchronization, server-side score validation, account management, and anti-abuse and anti-cheat protections.
Supabase may process technical information necessary to operate and secure its services, including IP addresses, authentication information, request information, technical identifiers, server logs, and security information.
NEON TRACKER does not require an email address or password for its anonymous leaderboard account.
4. OFFLINE LEADERBOARD SYNCHRONIZATION
NEON TRACKER can be played without an Internet connection.
If an eligible leaderboard result is created while the device is offline, limited information about that game run may temporarily be stored on the device.
When an Internet connection becomes available again, pending results may automatically be transmitted to NEON TRACKER's leaderboard server for validation and synchronization.
An Internet connection is not required to continue playing the main game.
5. ADVERTISING
NEON TRACKER uses Google AdMob to display advertising.
The game may use interstitial advertisements and optional rewarded advertisements.
Google and its advertising partners may process information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, operating system information, app interactions, advertising interactions, diagnostic information, approximate location where applicable, and information used for advertising measurement, security, and fraud prevention.
The exact information processed may depend on your device, region, privacy settings, consent choices, and applicable law.
NEON TRACKER does not directly control the data processing performed by Google AdMob.
6. ADVERTISING CONSENT AND PRIVACY CHOICES
In countries and regions where advertising consent or privacy options are required, NEON TRACKER uses Google's consent management system where applicable.
Google's system determines whether a consent form or privacy options entry point is required for a particular user.
Where required, a consent form may be displayed before certain advertising requests are made.
A PRIVACY option may also appear inside the NEON TRACKER Settings menu when Google indicates that an in-app privacy options entry point is required.
This option allows supported users to review or modify their Google advertising privacy choices.
Personalized advertising is only used where permitted by applicable law and the user's applicable consent choices.
7. REWARDED ADVERTISEMENTS
After losing a run, NEON TRACKER may offer the player the option to watch a rewarded advertisement in exchange for an in-game benefit such as continuing the current run.
Watching a rewarded advertisement is optional.
The game remains playable without choosing to watch rewarded advertisements.
A reward is only granted when the advertising system confirms that the required rewarded advertisement conditions have been completed.
8. ANALYTICS AND DIAGNOSTICS
NEON TRACKER does not currently use a separate third-party analytics platform specifically for general behavioral tracking.
However, Google AdMob and Supabase may process diagnostic, security, performance, advertising, authentication, and infrastructure information necessary to provide their respective services.
9. DATA SHARING
NEON TRACKER does not sell personal information.
Information may be processed by third-party service providers required to operate the game.
Google AdMob is used for advertising, advertising measurement, fraud prevention, rewarded advertisements, interstitial advertisements, and advertising consent functionality.
Supabase is used for anonymous authentication, database services, global leaderboard functionality, synchronization, server-side functions, score validation, and security.
These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable law.
10. PUBLIC INFORMATION
If you participate in the global leaderboard, your Tracker ID, leaderboard score, highest Cycle reached, and leaderboard position should be considered public information.
Do not include personal or sensitive information in your Tracker ID.
11. SECURITY AND ANTI-CHEAT
NEON TRACKER uses technical measures intended to protect leaderboard integrity and reduce fraudulent or impossible scores.
These measures may include authenticated leaderboard requests, server-side score validation, run identifiers, progression validation, timing checks, duplicate-run detection, score sanity checks, and limits intended to identify impossible or suspicious progression.
No online service can guarantee absolute security or completely prevent cheating, unauthorized access, or abuse.
12. DATA RETENTION
Local game information remains on the device until it is deleted by the application, cleared through the device's application settings, or removed when the application is uninstalled.
Leaderboard information may remain stored on NEON TRACKER's Supabase backend while the player's Tracker account remains active.
When a Tracker account is deleted, associated online leaderboard and account information is deleted as described in the Account and Data Deletion section below, except for limited information that may lawfully need to be retained for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or abuse prevention.
Advertising information is retained by Google according to Google's own retention policies.
Technical infrastructure and security information processed by Supabase may be retained according to Supabase's own policies and applicable service requirements.
13. CHANGING YOUR TRACKER ID
NEON TRACKER may restrict how frequently a Tracker ID can be changed.
This limitation is used to reduce abuse and help maintain leaderboard integrity.
Technical records associated with the same anonymous account may remain connected to that account while the account remains active.
14. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
NEON TRACKER allows players to delete their anonymous Tracker account and associated online leaderboard data directly from the game.
To delete your Tracker account from the application:
Settings → DELETE TRACKER → OPEN → DELETE
Deleting the Tracker account permanently removes the anonymous NEON TRACKER account and associated online leaderboard information, including where applicable the Tracker ID or pseudonym, leaderboard score, highest Cycle, leaderboard position, server-side run records, and score validation or anti-cheat records associated with the deleted account.
Local game progress stored only on the device may remain after deleting the Tracker account.
Local data can be removed separately by clearing NEON TRACKER's application storage through the device settings or by uninstalling the application.
If you no longer have access to the application, you may request deletion of your Tracker account and associated online data by contacting:

15. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
NEON TRACKER does not knowingly request directly identifying information such as a child's real name, email address, phone number, or physical address in order to play.
Players should not include personal information in their public Tracker ID.
Advertising requirements and data processing may vary according to the game's target audience, age rating, user region, device settings, consent choices, and applicable law.
16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
NEON TRACKER currently relies on Google AdMob and Supabase.
Google AdMob is used for advertising, rewarded advertisements, interstitial advertisements, advertising measurement, fraud prevention, and consent functionality where applicable.
Supabase is used for anonymous authentication, the global leaderboard, database services, synchronization, server-side validation, account deletion, and security.
Users may review the privacy policies of these providers for additional information about their data practices.
17. INTERNATIONAL DATA PROCESSING
Third-party service providers may process information on servers located outside the user's country or region.
Where required by applicable law, these providers are responsible for implementing appropriate mechanisms for international data transfers.
18. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning information associated with you, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other privacy-related actions.
Where applicable, requests concerning NEON TRACKER leaderboard information may be submitted to:
skhiri7@gmail.com
Advertising privacy choices managed by Google may also be accessible through Google's consent interface or through the PRIVACY option inside NEON TRACKER when Google requires that option to be available.
19. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated when NEON TRACKER functionality changes, new online services are introduced, advertising practices change, legal requirements change, or data processing practices are modified.
The latest version of this Privacy Policy will be published on this page together with its updated revision date.
