NeonTorch ("the app", package `com.cvapps.neontorch`) is a flashlight app. This policy explains how it handles your information. The short version: **it doesn't collect any.**
Data we collect
**None.** NeonTorch does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or usage data.
- It has **no internet access** (the app requests no networking permissions, so it cannot send data anywhere).
- It requests **no runtime permissions** — no camera, microphone, location, contacts, or storage.
- It contains **no analytics, advertising, or third-party SDKs**.
Data stored on your device
The app saves two small on/off flags locally on your device (whether the one-time swipe hint has been shown, and whether you've added the Quick Settings tile). These never leave your device and are removed when you uninstall the app.
Hardware used
NeonTorch controls your device's camera flash (torch) using Android's standard flashlight API. Toggling the torch does **not** require or use the camera permission and never takes photos or video.
Children's privacy
The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.
