Neon Tap does NOT collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, or precise location.
Neon Tap Games ("we", "us", "our") operates the Neon Tap mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our app.
We collect only the following anonymous data:
Gameplay Statistics: Scores, levels reached, play time (via Firebase Analytics)
Crash Reports: Technical error data to improve stability (via Firebase Crashlytics)
Device Advertising ID: For serving personalized/non-personalized ads (via Google AdMob)
Device Info: Model, OS version, screen size (for compatibility optimization)
To provide and maintain the game service
To analyze gameplay patterns and improve game balance
To display advertisements that support free gameplay
To detect and fix technical issues
We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising ID to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized ads:
Android: Settings →Google→ Ads→ Opt out of Ads Personalization
IOS: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → turn off Personalized Ads
We also use Firebase (Google) for analytics and crash reporting.
Neon Tap is NOT designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us immediately at fawadalidev9918@gmail.com and we will delete it within 30 days.
Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 26 months. Local high scores are stored on your device only and can be deleted by uninstalling the app.
