Neon Ascent is a single-player offline game. The application is designed to operate without requiring an account, registration, internet connection, advertising identifier, social login, or multiplayer service.

Neon Ascent does not contain third-party advertising networks, behavioral advertising, analytics services, user profiling systems, or marketing trackers.
We do not use collected information to build advertising profiles or to personalize advertisements.
5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency
Neon Ascent does not sell virtual currency, paid gameplay items, subscriptions, or gameplay advantages through in-app purchases.
Credits, Data Shards, Neural Cores, chips, relics, experience points, and other rewards are virtual gameplay items generated by the game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods, or services outside the application.
6. Third-Party Software
The application may include open-source software components used for layout, animation, or user-interface presentation.
These components are used locally within the application and are not used by Neon Ascent to collect personal information. Their respective licenses and privacy declarations apply to their software components where relevant.
7. Data Security
Because Neon Ascent does not transmit personal information to our servers, there is no developer-operated personal information database associated with the game.
Local gameplay data is protected by the security mechanisms provided by the operating system and the device. No method of electronic storage is completely guaranteed to be secure, and users should keep their device software updated and protected.
