Privacy Policy for Neon Lock

Neon Lock is developed and published by BNV.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Neon Lock mobile application.
1. Information stored on your device
Neon Lock stores certain game information locally on your device, including:
• High scores
• Game settings
• Shard balances
• Gameplay progress
This locally stored information is not sent directly to BNV. It remains on your device until you clear the app’s data or uninstall the app.
2. Advertising
Neon Lock uses Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded advertisements. Players may choose to watch an advertisement in exchange for an in-game revive.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share information including:
• Your device’s IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location
• App interactions, such as app launches, taps and advertisement views
• Diagnostic and performance information
• Device identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID where applicable
This information may be used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security and compliance purposes.
BNV does not control the information collected directly by Google. Google processes this information according to its own privacy policies and terms.
3. Consent and advertising choices
Where legally required, Neon Lock may display a consent message before requesting advertisements.
Users may be given options concerning personalised and non-personalised advertising, depending on their location and applicable law.
Users can also manage or reset their Android advertising identifier through their device settings.
4. Data security
Information transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted while being transmitted.
BNV does not operate user accounts, request passwords, collect payment-card details or require users to submit personal information to play Neon Lock.
5. Data retention and deletion
Game information stored locally remains on the device until the user:
• Clears the app’s storage or data
• Uninstalls Neon Lock
Information processed by Google is retained and deleted according to Google’s own policies.
Neon Lock does not currently provide user accounts, so there is no account data held by BNV to delete.
6. Children’s privacy
Neon Lock is not specifically designed or directed towards children under the age of 13.
BNV does not knowingly request names, email addresses or other personal information from children through the game.
7. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if Neon Lock’s features, advertising services or data practices change.
Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
