This Privacy Policy explains how the Neon Drift mobile application (the "App") handles information. The App is a free entertainment game that uses virtual, in-app coins only and does not involve real money, real-money gambling, or payouts of any kind.
Information we collect. The App does not require you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any other personal identifying information. Game settings and your virtual coin balance are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.
Data stored on your device. Preferences such as sound and game options are saved on your device using local storage. You can clear this data at any time by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.
Age restriction. The App is intended for adults aged 18 and over because it simulates casino-style gameplay, and it asks you to confirm your age on first launch. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Third parties. The App does not sell your data. If any third-party service (such as analytics or advertising) is added in the future, this policy will be updated to describe it.
Security. Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is no personal account information for us to lose. Locally stored data is protected by your device's own security.
