Neon Ball Run is a mobile entertainment game in which players control a neon ball, avoid obstacles, and attempt to achieve the highest possible distance and score.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
We may restrict or terminate access to certain features if we reasonably believe that a user:
Violates these Terms
Attempts to manipulate the App
Engages in fraudulent activity
Attempts to compromise the security of the App or backend
Abuses promotional or reward features

When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date will be updated.
Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.
