When you use the Service through a mobile Device, we may also collect basic information such as network status, screen size, mobile operating system, and mobile browsing environment.

Advertising identifiers, such as the Google Advertising ID (GAID/AAID);
App interaction and advertising interaction data;

You may reset your advertising identifier, disable personalized advertising, or adjust relevant permissions through your Device settings or privacy settings provided in the App. Disabling certain permissions may affect the related features but will not affect basic functions unrelated to those permissions.

We may process Personal Data for the following purposes:
Providing and maintaining the Service: To operate the App, provide game features, process requests, maintain servers, and monitor operation of the Service.
Managing your Account: To create, verify, maintain, and administer your Account.
Saving and synchronizing game progress: To save game status and, where supported, synchronize progress across Devices.
Performing contracts: To perform service agreements, purchase agreements, or other contracts with you.
Communicating with you: To send service notices, security alerts, Account information, support responses, and notices of important changes.
Providing information and offers: With any required consent, to provide information about related products, services, or events.
Handling requests: To respond to inquiries, resolve technical issues, process complaints and privacy requests, and provide support.

6. Third-Party Advertising Services
CoinReels may use advertising services provided by AppLovin. AppLovin’s official website is https://www.applovin.com/.
Depending on the advertising features enabled in the App, AppLovin may process advertising identifiers; basic Device information; limited App usage information; advertising interaction data; non-precise regional and language settings; and technical information used for advertising security, fraud prevention, and attribution.
This data may be used to display advertisements in the App, provide personalized advertising with any required consent, measure advertising performance, prevent advertising fraud, perform attribution, and optimize ad placement, frequency, and timing.
Unless otherwise stated in this Policy or voluntarily provided by you, we do not provide AppLovin with your Account password or authentication credentials, the contents of customer-support communications, private user messages, precise geolocation, or detailed game-progress data unrelated to advertising services. AppLovin’s processing of data it receives is also governed by its own privacy policy.
7. Proprietary Analytics and Game Services
We may process limited App usage data through servers operated or controlled by Neolakis to provide core game features, save and synchronize game progress, monitor performance and stability, analyze usage trends, resolve technical issues, prevent cheating and fraud, and provide updates and new content.
Where feasible, we aggregate, de-identify, or anonymize data used for statistical analysis. We consider data anonymous only when it cannot reasonably be linked back to any individual or Device. Data that can still be associated with a User, Account, or Device will continue to be protected and processed as Personal Data.
8. Retention of Personal Data
We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
If you do not access or use the Service for 90 consecutive days, we may delete or anonymize nonessential Personal Data relating to you. Before doing so, we may consider Account status, Service security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal obligations to determine whether certain data must be retained.
We may retain aggregated or genuinely anonymized statistical data that can no longer identify you for a longer period for internal analysis and Service improvement.
When you submit a valid Account or data-deletion request, we will delete the relevant data within a reasonable period, except where retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes or enforce agreements, or where the data has been irreversibly anonymized.

Because our users, servers, or Service Providers may be located in different countries or regions, your information may be transferred to, processed in, or stored in a location outside your country or region.

11. Deleting Your Account and Personal Data
If CoinReels offers Account creation, you may submit a deletion request through the Account settings or Account-deletion option in the App.
You may also request deletion of your Account and associated data by emailing afaarge@gmail.com. Please identify CoinReels as the relevant product, state whether you wish to delete your Account or particular Personal Data, and provide information reasonably necessary to identify the Account. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or complete payment information by ordinary email.
After receiving and verifying a valid request, we will process it within the period required by applicable law or within a reasonable period. Personal Data associated with the Account will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized, except where retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
Uninstalling the App does not automatically delete your Account or data stored on our servers.
12. Disclosure of Personal Data
12.1 Business Transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide reasonable notice before your Personal Data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

We may disclose necessary Personal Data where required by law or in response to a valid request from a law-enforcement agency, court, regulator, or other public authority.

CoinReels is not specifically designed for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 18.

You can manage related preferences through your browser, Device, or App settings. Disabling nonessential cookies will generally not affect basic functions, but some personalized features may become unavailable.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, advertisements, or services. When you access a third-party service, its data processing is governed by its own privacy policy and terms.
We do not control independent data processing by third parties and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services. We recommend reviewing the applicable privacy policy before using a third-party service.

We and our partners may process Device information, App usage data, and advertising interaction data to display advertising and related content; provide personalized advertising with any required consent; measure advertising and content performance; analyze, develop, and improve products; prevent fraud; and maintain Service security.
In regions where consent is legally required, we will provide appropriate information and choices before the relevant processing begins. You may change your choices or withdraw consent through privacy settings in the App, your Device settings, or advertising-preference controls.
Withdrawal of consent will not affect processing lawfully carried out before the withdrawal.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in Service features, data-processing practices, laws, regulations, or platform policies.
