At SendRight, your privacy is one of our highest priorities. We designed SendRight to provide a secure and privacy-focused keyboard experience while giving users the option to use AI-powered features when they choose to do so.

This Privacy Policy explains what information SendRight collects, how it is used, and how we protect your data.

1. Information We Collect

A. Keyboard Input

SendRight does not collect, store, sell, or share your normal keyboard input.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Typed text

• Passwords

• Personal messages

• Clipboard contents

• Search queries

• Sensitive information entered through the keyboard

Your regular typing remains on your device.

B. Optional AI Features

AI features are completely optional.

Only when you intentionally use an AI feature (such as Rewrite, Translate, Summarize, Grammar Correction, Prompt Improvement, or similar AI tools) is the text you choose securely transmitted for processing.

Only the text that you explicitly submit is transmitted. No other keyboard input is collected.

2. AI Processing

SendRight currently uses Google Gemini to provide AI-powered features.

When you use an AI feature:

• Only the text you intentionally submit is transmitted.

• The transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

• The text is used solely to generate the requested AI response.

• SendRight does not use your submitted text for advertising or marketing purposes.

Google processes AI requests according to its own privacy policies and terms. Users are encouraged to review Google's privacy documentation for additional information about how Google handles AI requests.

3. Data Storage and Retention

SendRight does not permanently store AI prompts or AI-generated responses on its own servers.

AI requests are securely processed in transit to generate the requested response and return it to your device.

We do not maintain databases containing your AI prompts or generated responses.

4. Internet Permission

SendRight requests Internet access only for features that require online connectivity, including:

• Optional AI features

• Subscription verification

• Account authentication (where applicable)

• Service synchronization and related cloud functionality

Core keyboard functionality continues to work locally on your device.

5. Third-Party Services

SendRight uses trusted third-party services necessary for providing certain features.

These may include:

• Google Gemini (AI processing)

• Supabase (authentication, backend services, and secure data management)

• Google Play Billing (subscription and purchase verification)

These providers process only the information necessary to provide their respective services.

6. Data Sharing

SendRight does not sell your personal information.

We do not share your keyboard input with advertisers or marketing companies.

When you voluntarily use an AI feature, the text you submit is securely transmitted to Google Gemini solely for generating the requested response.

Apart from the services required to operate SendRight, we do not share your data for advertising, profiling, or commercial purposes.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect user information.

These include:

• Encrypted HTTPS/TLS communication

• Secure backend infrastructure

• Limited processing of AI requests

• No permanent storage of AI prompts or AI responses by SendRight

Although we strive to protect all information, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

8. User Control

You remain in control of your information.

You may:

• Choose whether or not to use AI features.

• Continue using SendRight as a standard keyboard without AI.

• Disable AI functionality by simply not invoking AI tools.

9. Children's Privacy

SendRight is designed to be safe for users of all ages, including children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through normal keyboard usage.

Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information through optional online services may contact us, and we will investigate and take appropriate action where applicable.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect improvements, legal requirements, or changes to our services.

The latest version will always be available within the application and/or on our official website.
