Neo Inventory Privacy Policy

Effective 7 October 2026. Developer: Neo Technologies, Singapore.

Neo Inventory is a stock and sales app for small and medium shops. It runs on your phone. This policy explains what data the app handles, what leaves your device, and the choices you have.

1. Shop data you enter

The records you enter are stored in the app's database on your device. This includes products, prices, stock counts, sales, purchases, customers (names, phone numbers, addresses and credit balances), suppliers, categories, business settings, and any photos you add. We do not operate a server that receives this data.

2. Data sent by the app

The app uses Google Firebase for three things:

Google processes this data as Firebase's provider. See Google's Firebase privacy information.

3. Backups

The app lets you export a backup file of your shop data and share it yourself. The export is not uploaded by the app.

Android may also back up the app's data to your Google Account, and transfer it to a new phone during setup, depending on your phone's backup settings. Those backups include your shop records. The saved login session is excluded from them, so the PIN is required again on a new device. You can manage Android backups in your phone's settings.

7. Children

Neo Inventory is a business tool for shop owners and staff. It is not directed at children.
