PAYMENT:
Price is in EUROS.
I accept Paypal as a method of payment. You can checkout through PayPal with all major cards. If you do not own a Paypal account you can choose ‘New to PayPal’ at checkout and simply pay with a Credit/Debit card as a guest, without needing a PayPal account.REFUNDS:
Every doll is carefully wrapped into a sturdy box to ensure that it arrives to you safely from Spain but, if problems should arise during shipping, you must notify me of any damaged doll.
If possible, I will make a repair, if not I will make an immediate refund once I have received the doll back.
Buyers are responsible for shipping costs when returning purchases.SHIPPING:
I ship within the following 2 business days after full payment is received.
All my dolls are sent via International Priority AirMail. A tracking number will be provided so you can follow your parcel.
During winter holidays post and customs are slow!
Only buyer pay any and all customs fees incurred in shipping. I am not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.
