The open-plan living room flows seamlessly into a modern, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, utensils, and more) and a well-appointed bathroom. Step outside to a generous 35 m² terrace — the perfect spot to unwind after a day in the mountains.

Free parking spaces are available right at the foot of the building (subject to availability). A covered parking spot at the Nendaz Spa Center, just 300 meters away, is also included at no extra cost.

A Perfect Location for Every Desire

Just 300 meters away, the funicular takes you directly to the Tracouet gondola – the gateway to the vast 4 Vallées ski area. Whether in summer or winter, there’s no shortage of activities: skiing, hiking, scenic walks along the bisses (historic irrigation channels), mountain biking trails, and much more.

Several equipment rental shops are just steps away. The resort is also home to the luxurious Spa des Bisses at the Hôtel Nendaz 4 Vallées & Spa, an outdoor pool for children, and a fully equipped sports center. Throughout the year, the tourist office offers a rich and varied program of activities for visitors of all ages.
