These terms apply to NEN: The Focus App. By downloading or using NEN, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms. NEN is operated by an individual developer.
NEN helps you run focus timers, manage focus settings, and use optional Pro features. You are responsible for how you use timers, app locking, notifications, Live Activities, widgets, and Apple Watch controls.
Do not use NEN in an unlawful, abusive, disruptive, or platform-bypassing way.
NEN is not medical, safety, emergency, legal, financial, or professional advice. Do not rely on NEN for urgent alerts, health decisions, safety-critical reminders, or essential communications.
NEN Pro is a lifetime in-app purchase. Apple processes payment. StoreKit 2 validates entitlement state so NEN can unlock and restore Pro features.
NEN may receive and store Apple-signed purchase transaction records, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, original transaction identifiers, app account tokens, entitlement status, refund or revocation status, and App Store server notifications to verify purchases, support restores, investigate purchase issues, and maintain purchase records. NEN does not receive or store your payment card, bank account, or App Store payment credentials.
Pricing, taxes, currency, refunds, Family Sharing availability, and payment handling are controlled by Apple and App Store Connect.
Restoring NEN Pro uses Apple's App Store purchase history for the Apple Account signed into StoreKit. NEN does not require a NEN account to restore. If Apple reports that a purchase was refunded, revoked, or is no longer an active entitlement, NEN Pro access may be removed.
Lifetime access means access to the NEN Pro features offered for this app while NEN remains available and supported on compatible Apple platforms. It does not guarantee that every current feature, platform capability, or third-party service will remain unchanged forever.
App locking uses Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls frameworks. App locking works only when Apple permissions and supported device conditions allow it.
Leave calling, medical, safety, urgent-contact, and other essential apps unlocked if you may need them during focus.
To the extent permitted by law, NEN is provided as is. The app may be updated, changed, interrupted, or discontinued. Timer alerts, notifications, app locking, iCloud sync, Live Activities, widgets, and Apple Watch behavior can depend on Apple services, device settings, permissions, network state, and system availability.
To the extent permitted by law, NEN is not responsible for missed timers, blocked or unblocked apps, notification delivery, iCloud sync delays, Apple Watch connectivity, App Store purchase issues, or other outcomes caused by device settings, Apple services, network conditions, or user configuration.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

These terms will be updated when they change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
