• If you have carefully read the terms and conditions below and want to commission, fill out the form below.

• If you have any questions before commissioning send a message to the following address: Felicitas_bustos@hotmail.com (You can also contact me through my social networks below, although the response time may vary).

• Commissions are made on a first-come, first-served basis:

the maximum time frame is two to four weeks. Once I accept your commission I will contact you to start working on it. 

• Payment is required before work begins, a minimum of 50%. Once the commission has been accepted. Work will not start until payment is received.

• The payment method is Paypal. The necessary details will be given by me after confirming the commission.

• Commissions can only be refunded when no work has been done yet.

•  I retain the rights to each image produced. If the commission is for commercial use, the authorship of the work will be not transferred.

•  An additional fee will be applied for commercial use (30%), when commissioning you must specify if the work will be for personal or commercial use. 

•  The drawings may be published on other websites by the commissioner while giving the appopriate credits to me.

• Once the work is finished, I reserve the right as the artist to use the commissioned work to advertise my commissions on social networks. If you do not want your commission to be published please let me know in advance.

• When commissioning try to provide me with as many references as possible, as specific as possible. If it is only a written description, it will count as character design and an extra charge (20%) will be made for the corresponding work.

• For commissions that will be used in Twitch/Youtube/Shops profiles or similar, an extra (20%) will be charged.

• Commissions that include fanart can be used by me after 30 days of delivery. If exclusivity is needed, an extra (15%) will be charged.

• Commissions will always have my signature, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO REMOVE IT.

• As an artist I have the right to refuse a commission in case I don't feel comfortable working on it.
